Portraits of Sisterhood. Our guests: Oksana Briukhovetska artist, Dóra Hegyi curator

I you didn't have the chance to see Oksana Briukhovetska's exhibition, Portrait's of Sisterhood, it is still worth to listen to her as she explains the art pieces that were on display in Lehetőségek tere. We were also talking about working with textile, the different layers of meanings and the rich history of it (quilting as a tradition, arpilleras in Chile), the trauma of the war that repeats itself in Ukraine, life in the US, the Black Lives Matter movement, racism in Ukraine, feminism and art, and life in Kyiv. The exhibition was organized and curated by Dóra Hegyi.
